Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Voccal, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, you should not use the platform.
Use of the Platform
Voccal provides tools for generating scripts, voice-based content, image-led outputs, saved renders, playlists, and related workflow assets. You may use the platform only in compliance with these Terms of Use and all applicable laws, regulations, and third-party rights.
Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to provide accurate information and to notify us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised.
User Content
You are responsible for the content you upload, create, generate, organize, or share through Voccal, including prompts, scripts, images, audio or video outputs, project content, and any shared materials. You represent that you have the rights and permissions necessary to use that content with the platform.
Acceptable Use
You may not use Voccal to:
- Violate laws, regulations, or the rights of others.
- Upload or distribute unlawful, harmful, infringing, or deceptive content.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to accounts, systems, or data.
- Disrupt, damage, overload, or interfere with the platform or its infrastructure.
- Use generated or shared content to mislead users about the nature, source, or authenticity of the output.
Generated Content and Outputs
Voccal may process uploaded files, prompts, scripts, images, and related content to support generation, storage, playback, rendering, indexing, and related product features. If you choose to distribute, publish, or share outputs created with the platform, you are responsible for reviewing that content before making it available to others.
Third-Party Services
Voccal relies on third-party providers and infrastructure services, including cloud, authentication, storage, and AI model services. Availability, features, and performance may depend in part on those external services.
Availability and Changes
We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue all or part of Voccal at any time. We may also revise these Terms of Use from time to time, and continued use of the platform after changes are posted will constitute acceptance of the updated terms.
Disclaimers
Voccal is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Voccal and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits, revenues, or business opportunities arising from or related to use of the platform.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to Voccal if we believe these Terms of Use have been violated, if use creates risk for the platform or other users, or for other legitimate operational, legal, or security reasons.
